 Wine of the Week | Albariño de Fefiñanes 2009 [White] A perennial favorite, the recently released Fefiñanes Albariño 2009 is showing very well in year where many Albariños have not shown their best. A terrific wine to accompany fish and especially shellfish. A nice clean pale straw color. Fresh and bright on the nose with great intesity: fruit (apricot/mango), citrus and flowers (honeysuckle). Crisp and clean on the palate with plenty of fruit, terrific acidity and length. Excellent.
