Wine of the Week | Elias Mora 2003 [Red] Dos Victorias has shown itself to be reliable producer, vintage after vintage. This an excellent example of a modern Toro wine with the tannins and power typical of the region's Tinta de Toro grape, but with more polish and class than most. Meaty and full bodied, fresh acidity on the palate, with ripe berry fruit, good structure, and potent, but polished tannins on the finish. Very good, fine value. [$M] |
