La Tendida 2022 [Red]

85% monastrell, 15% garnacha from the winery's La Tendida parcel, sandy gravel soils, bush vines 13-16 years old. Nurtured 14 months in large wooden vats (fudres).

Dark cherry red with violet tints, classic monastrell aromas: ripe berry fruit, dry grassy herbs & flowers with some spice.
Serious body, rich and mouthfilling, affable/lush tannins, ample fruit, a touch of minerality with a lingering finish. Nice balance, excellent bottle of wine.
