100% verdejo, machine harvested at night to optimise freshness, temperatre controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Pale golden color, well defined fruit aromas (apple/pear), a touch of bay leaf & citrus.
Fresh, light, a small measure of sweetness, orange peel, a hint of chalky minerality. Nice all around food wine, easy on the palate.
