 Wine of the Week | Hacienda Zorita Natural Syrah 2019 [Red] 100% syrah, from a single vineyard in the Parque Natural de Arribes del Duero, granite/clay soils, nurtured 24 months in new French oak. Deep & dark, almost syrupy/sweet, very syrah: black olives, violets, ripe plummy fruit. Muted spices: cinnamon & vanilla.
Located in the province of Salamanca, Hacienda Zorita is also a luxury spa/hotel. Well worth a visit.
