 Wine of the Week | Solear Saca de Verano 2024 NV [Fortified] 100% Palomino, Manzanilla pasada with 6 years growing in soleras, selected barrels are then drawn off to rest another 2 years in the El Potro cellar. 1,500 liters were bottled in 375.5 ml bottles, "en rama" (unfiltered) A terrific wine, great depth and complexity. Aromas of almonds & walnuts, seaside salinity/minerality.
