Wine of the Week | Torelló Special Edition Barcelona 2019 [Sparkling] 53% xarel·lo, 24% macabeo y 23% parellada, organically grown, on the winery's Finca Can Martí's clay/limestone soils. resting on the lees in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months. Crisp clean nose, lovely tiny bubbles with earthy, flowery aromas, ripe fruit and licorice-like scents. This year's New Years toast wine, just the thing!
