Wine of the Week | Tio Diego Amontillado NV [Fortified] 100% palomino fino grown on "albariza" (chalk) soils in the famous Marcharnudo Alto vineyard, also the source of the classy Fino Inocente. Initially fermented under flor in oak casks, selected lots are transferred to a solera for further oxidative "crianza", bottled with an average age of some 18 years.
