A blend of 60% viura (macabeo) & 40% tempranillo blanco, made from organically grown grapes. Gently pressed, temperature controlled, steel tanks only.

A bright golden straw color and a fresh, fruit driven nose: citrus (grapefruit), apple & quince with background notes of dried flowers and fresh cut hay.
Nice acidity with lemony freshness, apples and a hint of fennel & sandy minerals. Lingers pleasantly on the palate.

While still a minority, the addition of recently authorized varieties like tempranillo blanco, chardonnay, verdejo and others have given Rioja whites a new opportunity.
