85% monastrell, 15% syrah grown in the Las Gateras vineyard's limestone/sand soils. Nurtured 18 months in new 225 & 500 liter French oak barrels.

Dark berry fruit aromas with a hint of spice (vanilla) & toasty oak in the background.
Full & rich on the palate with nicely integrated oak, serious yet polished tannins and good persistence, Excellent bottle of wine to pair with hearty meat dishes: cochinita pibil tacos, grilled beef, burgers.
