100% garnacha, de-stemmed grapes are left in contact with the must for about 4 hours, the juice is decanted off and fermented separately in steel tanks at 18ºC.

Lovely pale pink color (Provence-style), aromas of red berry fruit and a touch of dry flowers.
Clean & easy on the palate with decent acidiy and generous raspberry/strawberry candied fruit. Not that complex but a nice summer quaffer/picnic wine. Very good, serve well chilled.
