 Wine of the Week | Solear Manzanilla Saca Verano 2023 [Fortified] 100% Palomino, Manzanilla pasada with 6 years growing in soleras, selected barrels are then drawn off to rest another 2 years in the El Potro cellar. 1,500 liters were bottled in 375.5 ml bottles. A splendid wine with great depth and complexity. Aromas of almonds & walnuts, seaside salinity/minerality.
