100% hondarribi zuri, low temp fermentation, nurtured on the lees in a CO2 atmosphere to avoid oxidation.
Tasted this back in July 2023, checking to see how it's evolved.

Lemon/lime with green apple, still holds a bit of spritz.
Crisp and clean on the palate, light yet brimming with citrus, apple and tropical fruit flavors, a touch of spice, minerals and dry flowers. Very good wine, holding up nicely.
