100% albariño, fermented in stainless steel tanks, nurtured 7 months on the lees (with bâtonnage), resting another 2 years in tanks before bottling in November 2022.

Citrus, bay leaf, dried flowers/straw, honey, ripe fruit (apricot/pear/apple), floral with a mineral/saline touch on the nose.
Mellow & fresh lemony acidity on palate with honeycomb, baked apple, honeysuckle and a stony/saline finish that lasts and lasts. Ourstanding bottle of wine.

Year after year, one of Spain's top white wines. A long time standard for our Christmas Eve dinner.
