Monastrell 35%, cabernet sauvignon 35%, merlot 15%, syrah 15%, single vineyard (all sourced from the Finca El Chaconero plot). Nurtured 16 months in new French oak barrels.

Up front fruit aromas (berries/plums), a touch of spice & stony minerals, a murmur of toasty oak.
Nicely balanced with ample fruit, lush tannins and fresh acidity, serious body, supremely elegant. A splendid bottle of wine.
