100% tempranillo grapes from 20+ year old vines in 21 small parcels with various types of nutrient poor clay/limestone soils. After fermentation the wine is nurtured in a mix of American & French oak barrels.

Quality fruit aromas: blueberries & blackberries with a touch of sweet spice (licorice/cardamom), charcoal and leather.
An elegant wine with ample fruit, spice, fluid tannins and perfectly integrated oak. (No "oak soup" here). A definite keeper.
