100% hondarribi zuri grapes estate grown on the clay/sand soils of Talai Berri's seaside vineyards. After fermentation, a short stay on the lees provides added structure & body.

Clean/fresh with lemon/lime aromas, pears and a hint of grass & bay leaf.
Tree fruit flavors with citrus (lime zest), kiwi, grassy herbs and and stony minerality. Crisp and fresh on the palate. Lovely wine and an excellent example of what chacolí/txakoli is all about.
