Wine of the Week | El Indulto Bobal 2020 [Red] 100% bobal, organically grown on red clay soils, vines over 90 years old. Vinified in the traditional manner in open stone "lagars", nurtured 9 months in used French oak barrels. Bottled in September 2021. Blackberry/mulberry fruit with a hint of leather, licorice and toast.
