100% palomino fino grapes, mainly from the classic Miraflores vineyard. Developed for more than 3 years "under flor" in the traditional Criaderas y Solera system.

Bone dry, great complexity: almonds, dried flowers, mustard seeds, saline with the ever present notes of "flor".
Clean & fresh on the palate repeating the same almond/saline/mineral notes. Excellent example of a Manzanilla sherry. Superb:
