100% organically grown xarel.lo grapes from the Finca Martí estate, clay/limestome soils. First run must is fermented and matured in various vessels: amphorae, steel, glass demijons & concrete egg, as well as oak & acacia barrels.

Bay leaf, ferns and mossy stones blend with tree fruit aromas (apple/pear) and a hint of green pine cones.
Fresh & bright, nice acidity, delightfully complex with Bartlett pears and a touch of quince on the finish. An excellent bottle of wine.

50 lliures is the price (Barcelona £) the Torelló family paid for the Finca Martí property in 1395.
