Organically grown, a blend of 70% viura (macabeo) and 30% garnacha blanca, fermented in Caucasian oak barrels, nurtured 7+ months in the same Caucasian wood. Some 10,000 bottles produced.

Dry flowers/herbs, manzanilla tea, quince, pears/apples, bay leaf and a hint of spice (nutmeg?).
Fresh & bright with a pleasant fruit & spice mouthfeel, smooth and easy on the palate. Balanced & persistent. Excellent. Serious stuff, a keeper.
