85% tempranillo 15% syrah & cabernet sauvignon, bush vines planted on calcarious/clay soils in Tudela de Duero. The wine is matured 15 months in French oak: a mix of barrels & vats.

Deep & dark with rich ripe fruit (blueberry/cherry), spice and hint of chalk and dried flowers.
Full bodied with plush tannins, fruit aplenty and exceptional length. Splendid stuff with an enviable balance between weight/power and elegance/class.

Mauro is first of celebrated winemaker Mariano García's projects.
