Wine of the Week | Viña de Martín Os Pasás 2018 [White] A blend of albariño, treixadora, lado and torrontés, vineyards between 10 and 25 years, growing on decomposed granite soils (known as "sábrego"). Nurtured in steel tanks on the lees for 10-12 months. Starting to take on a touch of color, but still bright & fresh: mineral/saline notes with fresh garden herbs (fennel/grass) and forest scents (moss/ferns). [$M] |
