100% late harvest garnacha, bunches cut and left to partially dry in the field, nurtured in oak barrels after fermentation. Steeped with more than 25 botanicals following an old family recipe.

Intense yet nicely balanced aromas with spice (nutmeg/cardamom), herbs (thyme/rosemary) & ripe plum fruit.
Great depth and complexity with a pleasantly bitter finish (absinthe/anise/gentian). An excellent vermouth, a keeper.
