 Wine of the Week | Finca la Canoca 2020 [Red] 100% tempranillo grapes grown in the Finca la Canoca vineyard (50 year old vines), whole berry fermented in oak barrels, nurtured 10 months in 225 liter French oak barrels, 5,000 bottles produced. Nice dark red color, ripe blueberries/blackberries, licorice, spice, vanilla and chocolate. The Baigorri winery is a modern up to date facility, an excellent venue for Rioja wine tourism and well worth a visit.
