100% albariño from selected plots in the Salnes sub-zone. Nurtured 7 months on the lees in stainless steel vats. Left to rest in bottle for another 23 months.

Aromas slightly subdued on opening but quickly turn vibrant/complex: quince/peach, citrus (grapefruit), honeysuckle, mossy river stones...the list goes on.
Crisp & fresh, bracing acidity, fennel, citrus (lime) & quince, rich texture, sustained pleasure. Simply outstanding.

Year after year one of Spain's finest white wines & one of my all time favorites
