Wine of the Week | Sincronía Negre 2019 [Red] A blend of organically grown native & "foreign" grapes: cabernet sauvignon, callet, syrah, monastrell, gorgollasa & manto negro. The different varieties are vinified separately, blended after malolactic fermentation, then nurtured for 6 months in French & American oak barrels. Red berries, plums and a touch of spice. Relatively light but complex and full of wild berry aromas. Mesquida Mora's wines are both organic & biodynamic; bottled under the Vi de la Terra denomination in Mallorca. [$L] |
