 Wine of the Week | Deliciosa Manzanilla NV [Fortified] 100% palomino fino grapes grown in the classic Miraflores vineyard, nurtured 5 years under a blanket of sherry yeasts (flor) in Valdespino's La Guita bodegas (Sanlúcar de Barrameda). Incredibly fresh and vibrant with a veritable boat load of seaside aromas: saline, fresh seaweed, ocean spray... A terrific wine, perfect for appetizers or to accompany fish and/or shellfish, or even spicy asian fare. A keeper.
