Wine of the Week | Finca Can Martí 2014 [Sparkling] 32% chardonnay, 32% xarel.lo, 22% macabeo, 14% parellada, traditional method (2nd fermentation in bottle), resting on the lees for 48 months. Brut with 4 grams/liter of residual sugar. A serious sparkling wine, complex nose (orange blossoms, apple & a hint of fennel), with body & excellent bubbles.
