Wine of the Week | Gran Reserva 890 2004 [Red] 95% tempranillo, 3% graciano, 2% mazuelo from the winery's own vineyards, nurtured 6 years in American oak barrels, bottled (unfiltered) in March 2011. A lovely nose in classic Rioja Gran Reserva style: blueberry/plum, spice (nutmeg/cardamom), fine leather, beeswax, the list goes on... This has to be one of Spain's finest wines.
