Wine of the Week | Los Caireles Manzanilla [Fortified] 100% palomino fino, grown under flor for around 5 years in "soleras" in the heart of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. An excellent example of manzanilla sherry: clean & fresh with seaside/seaweed salinity, a touch of dry flowers, almonds and orange blossoms.
