75% tempranillo, 11% cabernet sauvignon, 11% syrah, 3% merlot, nurtured in barrels for 12 months (American and French oak).

Blueberry/mulberry/blackberry fruit aromas with a touch of smoke, spice (nutmeg/vanilla) and a hint of dry flowers.
Smooth & sweet on the palate beautifully balanced with ripe fruit, fluid tannins and serious length. Excellent.

Founded in 1996 just outside the geographic limits of the Ribera del Duero denomination. Built around a 13th century abbey, along with the winery & vineyards is a top class hotel and one of Spain's finest restaurants.
