Wine of the Week | Logos Garnacha 2019 [Red] 100% garnacha, older vineyards (avg 60 years) planted on nutrient poor limestone soils. Nurtured 90 days in new French oak barrels. Bottled in July 2020. Red berry fruit (strawberry/raspberry) & plums with scents of dry, brushy herbs (thyme/rosemary/marjoram) and flowers. An excellent example of what garnacha, Navarra's signature grape, can bring to the table.
