100% treixadura, cold maceration on the skins prior to low temperature fermentation, nurtured on the lees in tanks before bottling.

Grassy fields, freshly cut hay & fresh herbs, lime and kiwi fruit on the nose.
Bright & fresh, palate pleasing flavors of citrus (lemon/lime), fruit (apple/pear/kiwi), lemongrass with balanced acidity and a decent finish. Very good.

A good example of Ribeiro's principal grape variety: treixadura. A great value to boot.
