Wine of the Week | Preludio 2018 [Red] 100% tempranillo grapes from 60-90 year old vines around the village of La Horra (Burgos). Cold maceration on the skins, fermented in stainless & wooden vats, nurtured 18-20 months in a mix of 600 & 228 liter French oak barrels. Upfront spice & fruit aromas: ripe berries, vanilla/cinnamon, licorice and a gentle hint of toasted oak.
