Wine of the Week | José Pariente Sauvignon 2020 [White] 100% sauvignon blanc, grown on gravel/limestone soils from some the oldest sauvignon vines in Rueda (40+ years), nurtured for 4 months on the lees in steel tanks. Classic sauvignon aromas: herbal/grassy with a hint of dill along with citrus/kiwi fruit, and a touch of boxwood & tarragon.
