Wine of the Week | Vilerma 2020 [White] Grapes: 60% treixadura, blended with godello, albariño, loureira, lado & torrontés, all grown on the property. Free run & gently pressed juice, fermented in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in March 2021. Starting in 1977, Arsenio Paz's Vilerma was the pioneer that showed the quality potential of the Ribeiro region, and what the local grape varieties had to offer. [$M] |
