Wine of the Week | Becquer Blanco 2016 [White] A 50/50 blend of viura (60 year old vines) and chardonnay (40 year old vines), barrel fermented and nurtured on the lees with batonnage for 8 months. A wine built to last, nice on its own, with a meal or a chunk of well aged cheese. [$M] |
