100% tempranillo grapes from the Rioja Alavesa sub-region, nurtured 14 months in French & American oak.

Dark berry fruit (blueberry/blackberry), lightly spiced (curry/nutmeg), oak is unobtrusive & well integrated.
Ripe rich blueberry fruit (like Mom's blueberry pie), medium bodied, smooth tannins, good length. Very good, great value.

Blueberry is often described as tempranillo's insignia fruit. This wine has it in spades!
