Wine of the Week | Aspriu Negre 2011 [Red] A Mediterranean red made for Cabernet (Franc & Sauvignon), aged in French oak from the Penedès region in Northeastern Spain. Full-bodied, yet elegant and silky smooth with a nice long finish. A keeper. [$M] |
