  • Fino - pale, dry "sherry"
  • Amontillado - golden, dry, smooth
  • Oloroso - aged, dark, smooth, dryish
  • Palo Cortado - between Oloroso and Amontillado
  • Raya - between Fino and Oloroso
  • Ruedo - Non-aged fortified white wine
  • Pedro Ximenex - very dark & sweet
