Theme: Summer vacation time's upon us and it seemed a good idea to arrange a pre-vacation offline. On this occasion, 14 friends/tasters got together for a proper dinner and to try a few wines.

Menu: Gazpacho with strawberries abd dry-cured ham, iberian pork loin and dry-cured beef with melon, free range eggs with Boletus sauce & truffles, tuna sauteed with fresh vegetables, assorted sweets.
