  Theme: Wine distributors Juan Valencia & Enrique Segarra were in town with Antoine Billecart, "chef de cave" of Champagne Billecart-Salmon; as good an excuse as any to get together and taste 9 Côte-Rôtie 1999 and two very special champagnes from Billecart-Salmon: Cuvée N.F. 1986 & el Grand Cuvée 1982.
